What working with us looks like

A kitchen that's actually organised.

  • One team, one system

You join a kitchen with menus, prep schedules and a standards checklist already written down — not a rebuild every week.

  • Standards, not shouting

Food safety, portioning and prep are trained properly and reviewed weekly, so nobody has to guess what good looks like.

  • A rota you can plan around

Shifts agreed in advance with the venue, so your week outside the kitchen is yours.
